The Dickies® Medical "Win A Free Set of Scrubs Each Month" Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time the last day of each month ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Selecta Corp, LLC. 13780 Benchmark Drive, Dallas, TX 75234 ("Sponsor"). Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the Sweepstakes and who have Internet access. . All submissions become the property of Selecta Corp, LLC. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: You may enter Sweepstakes by accessing the Dickies® Medical Survey on our web site, www.dickiesmedical.com, completely filling out the survey, and clicking the “Submit” button. Only one entry per person or e-mail address per month is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded.
All eligible entries received will be entered in one of the monthly Sweepstakes according to the following schedule: entrants must respond by 11:59 p.m. Central Time of the final day of the month. Entries will be discarded after each drawing and will not be eligible for future drawings. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prizes: Each month one (1) Winner will receive their choice of one (1) Dickies® Medical top and one (1) Dickies® Medical pant. No rebates will be made on previously purchased medical uniforms. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of Winners: Sweepstakes is comprised of separate monthly drawings, wherein one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in each monthly drawing period. Each winner will be determined after the end of the respective drawing period, with the drawings to be held at Sponsor's offices. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the drawings. Winners will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to marketing@dickiesmedical.com or by U.S. mail to Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Each winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 14 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of winner's name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may discontinue this series of sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to modify, suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
